- Recruit, select, develop and motivate the Contract Sales Associates.
- Managing key accounts
- Effective administration of employee training, performance appraisals, and incentive programs.
- Ensure that our customer inquiries are handled in a prompt, courteous and efficient manner.
- Maintains contract review to ISO9001:2008 standards.
- Negotiate new and renewal customer contracts.
- OA10 & SA10 review on an "as needed" basis.
- N-item review prior to submitting for approval.
- Implementation of Contract Manager at accounts where required.
- Plan and direct the activities of all Contract Sales Associates.
- Meets TKMNA Employee Attributes/Competencies

Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
- Some college coursework completed
- 1-2 years of inside sales experience
- Metals product knowledge
- Solid computer skills (MS Word/Excel/Outlook)
- Ability to communicate, either written or verbal, in a knowledgeable, clear and positive manner
- Leadership skills
- People skills such as listening, respect, involvement, motivation, etc.
Preferred Requirements:
- 4-year college degree
- 2-3 years outside sales
- 2-3 years inside sales
