Tixta is a Miami-based tech company helping 3,000+ doctors dominate Instagram and TikTok with AI-powered content. For the past 7 years we have been working with the top plastic surgeons, dermatologists, med spas, and top practices across the country.

What you'll do:

• Hit 200 dials + 50 live decision-makers daily
• Book qualified appointments with surgeons and practice owners
• Handle objections like a pro

DO NOT apply if:

• You aren't able to be in our Design District office every morning at 9am. This is an in-office job.
• Your priority is the nightlife, not your future. Miami has plenty of jobs for that. This one is for people obsessed with growth.
• You're lazy, can't take coaching, or you like to play solo. We win as a team, we listen, we push each other. If that sounds like pressure, this is not for you.

We want you if:

• You are serious about making $250K this year
• You're hungry for success and want to be surrounded by winners who make you better every single day
• You bring energy that fills a room
• You like to underpromise and over-deliver

Experience is a plus, however, we will take a hungry rookie who's eager to learn over a tired "veteran" every day of the week.

Outbound experience (SDR/BDR/Closer) helps, but if you're smart, coachable, and relentless, we'll teach you the rest.

Comp & structure:

$72K–$250K+ OTE

$1,500+ average per-deal commission, held-meeting bonuses, accelerators, performance spiffs

Location:

In-person, Design District, Miami, FL. Mon–Fri 9am–6pm EST, weekends off
