Job description

We are a rapidly growing title company seeking a motivated, dependable, and outgoing Receptionist to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment and is interested in building a long-term career with growth potential. This position will start as part-time (approximately 30 hours per week), with the potential to transition into a full-time role.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and manage multiple phone lines in a professional and efficient manner
  • Greet and assist clients, ensuring a welcoming and positive experience
  • Provide administrative support to closers and office staff
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (phone, email, and in-person)
  • Maintain organized records and assist with general office tasks


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1–2 years of office or administrative experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional, friendly, and customer-focused demeanor
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment
  • Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
