Office Data / Admin Assistant
Anchorage, AK — On-site only, no remote option

About the Role
Titan, LLC is hiring a detail-oriented Office Data / Admin Assistant to support our Anchorage office. You'll enter and maintain accurate data across our systems while working closely with multiple departments. This is an entry-level position with room to grow — expanded duties and pay are available over time for the right candidate. Great opportunity to build office and data skills in a stable, year-round role.

What You'll Do

  • Enter data from various sources into our systems accurately and efficiently
  • Update and maintain databases with current information
  • Verify data against source documents
  • Retrieve data from databases or files as requested
  • Perform regular data backups
  • Respond to information requests and locate relevant files
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Follow data integrity and security procedures

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior data entry or related office experience
  • Strong, accurate typing skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Basic understanding of databases
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good written and verbal English communication
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to learn new tools and processes

Preferred

  • Experience with data entry software or databases
  • Comfort with general office equipment

Job Details

  • Pay: $18.00–$20.00/hour
  • On-site, indoor, consistent schedule
  • Must be able to sit for extended periods and occasionally lift/move up to 25 lbs
