The Tire Technician is an essential member of a small team responsible for providing expert tire services including installation, balancing, and repair. Reporting to the Supervisor or Shop Owner, this role ensures vehicles are safely equipped and inspected while offering excellent customer assistance. The position operates primarily during standard working hours and requires a focus on safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Install and replace tires on various vehicles
• Balance wheels to ensure smooth vehicle operation
• Repair damaged tires using appropriate tools and techniques
• Inspect vehicles for tire-related and safety issues
• Assist customers with tire selection and service inquiries

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in tire servicing

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in tire installation, wheel balancing, and tire repair
• Experience using pneumatic tools
• Strong customer service skills
• Attention to detail and safety compliance
• Physical stamina to handle demanding tasks
