Job Title: Tire Installer / Shop Associate


Location: San Gabriel, CA

We are currently seeking a motivated and hardworking team member to join us as a Tire Installer / Shop Associate.


Job Summary:

In this role, you will start by mastering the core operations of our shop such as handling tire deliveries, restocking inventory, maintaining facility organization, and supporting daily shop flow. As you demonstrate reliability and familiarity with our inventory and safety standards, you will advance into performing full tire installation, repair, balancing, and maintenance services for our customers.


Key Responsibilities:

Shop Logistics & Delivery (Initial Core Focus):

  • Act as a tire delivery driver, safely transporting tires and supplies between locations or to customers as needed.
  • Receive, unload, and restock tire inventory in designated warehouse and shop areas.
  • Organize and move new and used tires throughout the facility to maintain an efficient workflow.
  • Keep the shop, bay areas, and general premises clean, safe, and well-maintained.


Tire Installation & Technical Service(if qualified at a later date):

  • Mount and dismount tires on a variety of vehicles, including passenger cars, trucks, and SUVs.
  • Perform tire inspections, puncture repairs, valve replacements, rotations, and precision balancing.
  • Ensure proper tire selection, torque specifications, and installation procedures are strictly followed.


Equipment Operation & Safety:

  • Operate tire-changing machines, wheel balancers, and shop vehicles safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain all tools, machinery, and service areas in clean, working condition.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and workplace compliance standards at all times.


Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Driving Record: Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Applicants must provide an official DMV driving record printout prior to hire.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs repeatedly) and stand, bend, or move for extended periods.
  • Work Ethic, Reliability, and Communation: Strong attention to detail, a active approach to shop cleanliness, and a team-first attitude. Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Experience: Previous shop experience, tire service knowledge, or delivery experience is a plus, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are essential.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
