• Business Development: Identify, prospect, and close new personal and commercial insurance accounts through networking, referrals, and target marketing.
• Client Consultation: Conduct thorough risk assessments to evaluate coverage needs, present detailed coverage options, and explain policy terms clearly.
• Account Management: Maintain strong working relationships with existing policyholders, performing annual coverage reviews and identifying cross-sell/up-sell opportunities.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized pipeline of leads and track customer interactions using agency management software.

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with modern agency management systems and CRM tools.
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Create relationships from a cold start.
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
