# What You'll Do

* Greet customers and provide an exceptional buying experience while exemplifying Timberline's Core Values.

* Build relationships and consult with customers to determine the right building for their needs.

* Respond quickly to inbound web, phone, and social media leads.

* Design custom buildings using our 3D Shed Builder.

* Educate customers on payment options, including our Rent-to-Own program.

* Guide customers through site preparation, delivery, and post-sale support.

* Merchandise the sales lot by maintaining clean displays, accurate pricing, signage, and fresh inventory presentation.

* Capture photos and create social media content highlighting inventory and promotions.

* Maintain accurate customer records, quotes, and follow-up activities within our CRM.

* Contribute to a positive team culture by encouraging teammates, accepting feedback, and demonstrating ownership in everything you do.

# What Success Looks Like

Following your 90-day training and ramp-up period, successful consultants consistently achieve:

* 8–12 buildings sold per month

* Five-minute or less response time to new leads during business hours

* 100% same-day follow-up on all new inquiries

* 25–35% close rate on qualified opportunities

* Strong profit margin management while maintaining an exceptional customer experience

* Accurate quotes, contracts, financing paperwork, and CRM documentation

# What You'll Bring

* Three or more years of consultative sales experience preferred (retail, home improvement, building materials, RV, trailer, automotive, or similar industries)

* A proven history of meeting or exceeding sales goals

* Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills

* High integrity with a servant-hearted mindset

* Confidence using CRM software, smartphones, e-signature platforms, and basic spreadsheets

* Ability to work Saturdays

* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed around the sales lot

* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
