Our agency opened in 2026 and is a growing team of two with plans to expand. I was a stay-at-home mom for 14 years before joining a State Farm agency. I quickly fell in love with the business, spent three years learning and growing, and then opened my own agency.

As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Tiffany Apsitis - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
