Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to evaluate symptoms of mood disorders, including their intensity, frequency, and duration.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with clients’ unique needs, preferences, and therapeutic goals.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) tailored to each client’s situation.
• Educate and empower clients and families over the specifics of mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care strategies.
• Continuously monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate interdisciplinary with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to facilitate holistic care for clients.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by staying abreast of the latest research and advancements in mood disorder treatments.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment plans, adhering to HIPAA guidelines and ethical standards.
• Participate actively in case consultations, team meetings, and continuous education opportunities.
• Advocate for clients’ mental health needs, contributing to destigmatizing mental health issues within the community.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
