Independent Contractor – Tic STACK Toe Sales & Promotions

Tic STACK Toe is seeking enthusiastic, self-motivated individuals to help grow our reach and introduce Tic STACK Toe to new audiences. Tic STACK Toe is an engaging, family-friendly board game designed for social play, schools, senior living, cafes, and community activities.

Location: Flexible / Remote within North Dakota/Phoenix, Arizona (optional travel to surrounding communities) Compensation: 100% fl at-rate commission Contract Type: Independent Contractor

Role Overview

As an Independent Contractor, you are not an employee of Tic STACK Toe. You will have full control over when and where you work. You are responsible for selling Tic STACK Toe to retailers, senior centers, schools, libraries, cafes, and other potential venues within your assigned territory. We will not be targeting national or regional chain accounts that operate across multiple territories (for example, large chains such as Target), as those accounts are handled separately.

You will be paid per sale of Tic STACK Toe. This is not an employee role; you set your schedule, determine your sales approach, and manage your territory independently. You will not receive instructions regarding hours, specifi c locations, or methods of sale, and you are free to work for multiple clients or pursue other business opportunities. Contractors are responsible for travel expenses, taxes, insurance, and any other expenses.

Responsibilities

● Identify and reach out to potential customers in your territory (schools, senior living, cafes, restaurants, etc).

● Schedule and conduct game demonstrations or presentations with buyers and users.

● Sell and close deals with clients.

● Promote Tic STACK Toe as a fundraiser, help gather materials for schools and follow up to ensure success.

● Promote Tic STACK Toe at local events, fairs, and community gatherings.

● Operate independently while reporting call logs into Hubspot, maintaining records of sales and commissions.

Requirements

● Must operate as an independent business.

● Ability to communicate effectively with clients and groups.

● Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills.

● Reliable transportation to travel within assigned territories.

● Previous sales experience is preferred.

Compensation

● This role is fl at-based commission.

● Contractors are responsible for all business expenses.
