Join the team at Thunderhead Harley-Davidson as a Service Advisor in Kodak, TN!
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking service for their Harley-Davidson motorcycles.
You will ensure an exceptional customer experience by understanding their needs, coordinating with the service team, and managing service appointments efficiently.
Responsibilities:- Greet customers promptly and courteously, providing professional service and advice.
- Schedule and manage service appointments ensuring timely communication between customers and service technicians.
- Explain service recommendations and estimates clearly to customers.
- Coordinate with the parts department to ensure availability of necessary components for repairs and maintenance.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, services provided, and follow-up actions.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any service-related issues to ensure satisfaction.
- Promote additional services and products that benefit the customer and enhance their riding experience.
- Previous experience in automotive or motorcycle service advising, customer service, or related field preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Harley-Davidson motorcycles and parts is a plus.
- Proficient with computer systems and scheduling software.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and motivated to provide exceptional customer service.
