• Support lead teachers with daily routines
• Supervise children ages 3–5
• Assist with activities, meals, and transitions
• Maintain a clean, safe classroom
• Communicate professionally with families and staff
• Follow Virginia licensing standards
• Full‑time & part‑time roles available

• Must pass a background check
• CPR/First Aid (training provided)
• Reliable, patient, and positive attitude
• Experience working with children (center, school, or home‑based)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Dependable and committed to children’s growth

• Early childhood coursework — Classes in ECE, child development, psychology, or education
• Classroom experience — Preschool, daycare, tutoring, camp counseling
• Behavior‑management skills — Familiarity with positive guidance or redirection
• Lesson‑planning support — Ability to help prep simple activities
• Strong communication — Professional, calm, parent‑friendly
• Teamwork mindset — Works well with lead teachers and support staff
