An established private dental practice in Oroville, California is seeking a patient-focused Associate Dentist to join its thriving team. With an immediate patient base available due to recent provider transitions, you'll have the opportunity to build production quickly while practicing in a modern, technology-driven environment supported by an experienced clinical team.
Operating primarily as a fee-for-service practice, you'll have the freedom to focus on comprehensive treatment and long-term patient relationships without the limitations often associated with insurance-driven dentistry.
What You'll Enjoy

Clinical Scope
Provide comprehensive general dentistry, including:
  • Restorative dentistry
  • Crown and bridge
  • Removable prosthetics
  • Extractions
  • Endodontics
  • Implant dentistry based on experience and interest
More complex specialty procedures are referred, allowing providers to practice confidently while continuing to expand their clinical skills over time.
Candidate Profile
  • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
  • Active California dental license (or ability to obtain)
  • Passion for comprehensive, patient-centered dentistry
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Commitment to ethical, high-quality clinical care
  • Spanish-speaking ability is a plus but not required
