Job description

$2500 SIGN ON BONUS OFFERED FOR LIMITED TIME! This applies to full-time hires only and will be paid out in quarterly installments over the course of a year.

Position: Physical Therapist Assistant

Pay Range: $35.00 - $45.00/HR DOE

Three Rivers Care is expanding services and growing our therapy team to support increasing census and clinical demand. As part of the Caldera Care family, we are known for our commitment to our staff and the local communities we serve.

Our goal is to provide the best possible care for our residents while creating a supportive and collaborative environment for our team. When a loved one comes to our skilled nursing facility, they will be well cared for, will feel heard, and will know that they matter. We strongly believe that the key to this is through our incredible staff!


What you will do:

  • Optimize patient centered diagnosis by assessing strengths and weaknesses
  • Devise a creative and effective team-based treatment plans in accordance with the physician's orders
  • Help resident restore their physical function and mobility

Must have:

  • Compassion for residents
  • Forward Thinking
  • Effective communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills that can motivate patients
  • Must have a valid Washington PTA credentials that is in good standing
  • Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred

Compensation for roles at Three Rivers Care varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by state and local law, Three Rivers Care provides a reasonable pay scale to include the hourly or salary range that Three Rivers Care expects to pay for roles they may be hired in Washington, as stated below:

Pay Range: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour depending on experience
