Join Our Team as a Mechanic - Marine / Powersports!
Are you passionate about working with boats and powersports vehicles? Do you have a knack for troubleshooting and repairing mechanical issues? Three Rivers Marine is seeking a skilled Mechanic to join our team in San Angelo, TX. As a mechanic at Three Rivers Marine, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of marine and powersports equipment, including new and used boats, Utv's, Atv's OEM parts, and repair services for top brands like Mercury, Yamah and Tohatsu. If you are looking for a challenging and rewarding career in the marine and powersports industry, we want to hear from you!

Daily Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance on marine and powersports equipment
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using schematics and precision measuring instruments.
- Read and interpret Service Manuals
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure equipment meets safety standards
- Install new parts and components on boats and powersports vehicles
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients about repairs and maintenance needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
Required Skills:
- Strong combustion engine Knowledge
- Experience with pneumatics and hydraulics
- Ability to read and interpret Service Manuals
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power equipment
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance techniques
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- DC eletrical troubleshooting
- Operate a forklift
- Safetly operate a boat
Nice to Have Skills:
- Knowledge of welding and fabrication techniques
- Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
Salary and Benefits:
This position offers a competitive salary range of $24,000 to $36,000 plus commission, depending on experience. In addition, Three Rivers Marine provides opportunities for professional development.
