Job Responsibilities

  • Complete service requests in a timely and proficient manner
  • Provide excellent customer service to our Residents.
  • Repair and/or install all appliances and HVAC units as necessary to maintain a quality dwelling.
  • Must comply with all environmental and OSHA regulations and company policies.
  • Handle other general maintenance tickets as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Have at least 3 years in HVAC repair, plumbing, basic carpentry, and electrical skills
  • Must be EPA Certified (Type 2 or Universal)
  • HVAC installation experience
  • HVAC troubleshooting experience.
  • Apartment maintenance experience is a plus.
  • Passing a criminal background check required
  • Ability to lift 100 lbs.
  • Spanish language skills are a plus.
  • Initiative and customer service skills
  • Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
