Job description

Three Oaks Hospitality is looking for a sharp, dependable Administrative Assistant who thrives on keeping busy people organized and busy operations running smoothly. You'll be the right hand to our executive leadership team while lending your organizational skills to Accounting, Operations, and HR. If you love variety, take pride in details, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to meet you.
What You'll Do
  • Manage calendars and coordinate meetings for the executive leadership team
  • Juggle shifting priorities with a calm, can-do attitude
  • Provide administrative support to Accounting, Operations, and HR, helping keep projects, paperwork, and processes aligned with the standard operating procedures of the company
  • Handle occasional off-site errands (personal transportation required - mileage reimbursed)
  • Manage correspondence, prepare documents and reports
  • Maintain files and records, order supplies, greet visitors, and take on the day-to-day tasks that keep the office operating efficiently
  • Support the corporate office wherever needed with a flexible, team-first mindset

What You'll Bring:
  • Prior administrative or executive support experience preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills and sharp attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines at once Proficiency with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and calendar management tools
  • A valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and clean driving record (required for errands)
  • Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
  • A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine willingness to help
