Job description

Join our team at Three Bears General Store, the largest gift shop in the Smokies! We're looking for part time sales associates who love engaging with customers, providing Southern hospitality, and helping guests find the perfect souvenirs and gifts. If you enjoy a fast paced, friendly environment, this is the place for you!
What you'll do:
  • Greet and assist customers with a warm and welcoming attitude
  • Operate the cash register, process transactions, and provide accurate change
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor
  • Restock merchandise and ensure displays are well presented
  • Answer customer questions about products and promotions
  • Work as part of a team to provide an exceptional shopping experience

What we're looking for:
  • Friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer service skills
  • Retail or customer service experience preferred but not required

  • Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed
