Ranch Manager – Thousand Peaks Ranch – Trout Creek, Utah

Thousand Peaks Ranch is seeking a dependable and hardworking Ranch Manager to oversee day-to-day ranch operations. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys agricultural work, equipment operation, and maintaining an efficient ranch environment.

Responsibilities Include:
• Manage daily farm and hay operations
• Oversee seasonal planting, harvesting, and ranch projects
• Repair and maintain ranch vehicles, tractors, and equipment
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical issues
• Assist with livestock care and duties as assigned
• Operate farm and ranch equipment safely and efficiently
• Work independently and prioritize daily tasks
• Maintain ranch grounds and support overall ranch operations
• Adapt to changing seasonal and operational needs
• Perform physically demanding work in outdoor conditions

Qualifications:
• Previous ranch, farming, or agricultural experience preferred
• Mechanically inclined with equipment repair experience
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to safely lift up to 75 lbs
• Comfortable working outdoors year-round
