Thoroughways is hiring Behavioral Health Support Specialists to provide HCBS Supported Community Living services. We are currently hiring for the following positions:
- Full-Time Days: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Part-Time Days: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Full-Time Overnight: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Part-Time Overnight: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Overnight positions are sleep shifts paid at $14/hour. (10pm-6am), Day rate paid 7pm-10pm and 6am-7am.
Day positions pay $17–20/hour based on experience and fit.
This role involves structured, accountable behavioral health support and is suited for individuals who value consistency, professionalism, and follow-through.
Positions may be based at our 24-hour program site, in the community, or a combination of both depending on program needs and fit.
We are seeking reliable, accountable professionals who understand that documentation, communication, and consistency are essential parts of quality behavioral health services.
This role can be a strong fit for students in psychology, human services, social work, or related fields who are able to consistently meet professional-level expectations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- College coursework in psychology, human services, or related fields preferred
- Ability to meet criminal background and dependent adult abuse check requirements
- Reliable transportation and ability to work in program-based and/or community settings
- Ability to complete required documentation accurately and on time
