At Thoroughways, we believe that every person deserves the opportunity to live a meaningful, independent life. Our role isn't to do life for people—it's to help people discover they can do more than they ever thought possible.
We're looking for compassionate professionals who believe that every interaction is an opportunity to teach, encourage, and empower someone toward greater independence.
As a Community Behavioral Health Specialist (CBHS), you'll build genuine relationships with adults living with brain injuries, developmental disabilities, and behavioral health needs. Through Supported Community Living (SCL) and Home-Based Habilitation (HBH) services, you'll help participants develop skills, overcome obstacles, and reach goals that are meaningful to them.
If you're searching for a career where you can see your impact every day, we'd love to meet you.
