Thornton Manor Nursing & Care Center is a vibrant senior living campus offering both Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living services. Our 43-bed Skilled Nursing Facility provides compassionate long-term, short-term, and respite care, while Thornton Heights, our 13-unit Assisted Living community, features spacious one- and two-bedroom apartments with stunning bluff-side views.

JOB SUMMARY:
The Business Office Manager provides general operational support. Responsible for managing accounts receivable and accounts payable, month-end processes, payroll, administrative services for residents and employees, and other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in a business office environment, leading administrative and financial responsibilities, preferablyin a healthcare environment.
  • Prior Human Resource experience will help you thrive in this role.
  • Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident's families, and employees.
  • Must be capable of performing the Essential Functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
