• Active state Life and Health Insurance licenses for Maryland.<\/li>

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship\u2011building skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in clear terms.<\/li>
• Bachelor\u2019s degree or equivalent professional experience in financial services, wealth management, or a related field.<\/li>
