Job description

The Third-Party Administrator plays a vital role in managing and executing various administrative tasks related to third party services. Working within a small team and reporting directly to the Operations Manager, this role ensures smooth policy management, client communication, and compliance monitoring.

The position requires proficiency in proprietary third-party administration software, data integrity, and regulatory compliance* as well as common office software, along with the ability to provide after hours and on-call support as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain policy records accurately*
  • Quantified evaluation of Regulated and Unregulated testing procedures when and as required*
  • Confidentiality is mandatory
  • Communicate effectively with clients to address their needs
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant Federal Regulations*
  • Perform timely, accurate data entry and maintain detailed records*
  • Generate and deliver reports on state and federal regulations to Clients, Accounting, and Operations Manager*
  • Provide customer support and resolve issues promptly
  • Other duties as assigned*

Preferred Qualifications

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
  • Must have a valid drivers license and reliable means of transportation
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) and Outlook
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Effective problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Spanish as a second language
