The Senior Paid Social Manager is responsible for driving forward the strategy, framework, and performance within our paid social platforms while acting as the key business stakeholder for the area. Sitting within the Performance Marketing team and reporting to the Director of Paid Media, you will lead the function by setting the strategy for how Dermstore leverages paid social channels to deepen brand awareness, foster consumer consideration, and prioritize new customer acquisition.
In this role, you will own the end-to-end framework and performance of our campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, and Reddit, balancing revenue and growth KPIs to drive both short- and long-term business results. By bringing deep channel expertise, strong media partner relationships, and sharp cross-functional influence, you will shape our go-to-market approach, champion innovative campaigns, and roadmap future opportunities for growth.
As a Paid Social Manager, you'll:
  • Set annual social media strategies and oversee the full lifecycle of campaigns, from high-level social briefs through execution and optimization.
  • Manage day-to-day paid social campaigns, establishing learning agendas, measurement capabilities, and rigorous reporting to evaluate performance and maximize engagement.
  • Execute full-funnel paid social plans while juggling multiple competing priorities and adhering to account management best practices.
  • Monitor advertising formats, channels, and cultural trends to identify new opportunities to drive commerce and brand engagement, focusing on reaching diverse audiences.
  • Partner closely with Creative, Influencer, and commercial teams to deliver best-in-class campaigns and content.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance for junior paid social team members while serving as the internal subject matter expert on best practices and emerging trends.

What skills & experience do I need for this role?
  • 5-7 years of Paid Social experience on the agency or brand side, with at least 2 years managing a team.
  • Ability to work autonomously, make smart decisions, and act as an expert in your field.
  • High level of expertise in Paid Social platforms and tools (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest; Reddit a plus).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Proficient data analysis, interpretation skills, and high attention to detail.
  • Proactive, positive 'can-do' attitude with the ability to cope with competing demands and prioritize tasks effectively.
