Start Technician

Position Summary

The Seasonal Start Technicianis responsible fordelivering a 5-star customer experience to new customers by performing initial pest control services, including the application of chemicals and manual treatment methods toeliminatepest activity.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough indoor and outdoorinitialpest control treatments for new customers, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

• Engage with customers to clearly explain service features and benefits while delivering exceptional customer service and support.

• Follow assigned routes, communicate effectively with office staff and managers, andmaintainaccurateservice records.

• Maintain equipment, vehicle, and safety gear in proper workingcondition, whileutilizingtechnology to manage appointments and customer information.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 1+ years of customer service experience, preferred.

• Must be 21 years of age or older.

• Possessa valid driver's license andhave3+ consecutive years of driving history as driving a company vehicle is an essential function of this role.

• Earn andmaintainstate-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).

This position offers an hourly base pay range of $18 - $20, plusadditionalcompensation opportunities. Please note that actual earning beyond base pay will vary based on sales.
