Fabrication Coordinator  Thermal Systems is a building envelope, daylighting, roofing, and insulation sub-contractor operating across Western Canada. We are searching for a Fabrication Coordinator to join our team and contribute to the innovative and complex projects we help build. Do you want? * Competitive pay based on experience. * Comprehensive health benefits package * A progressive career development plan * To gain experience in construction project management with the support of knowledgeable Project Managers * To be part of a growing organization delivering quality projects that will make you proud to say, “We built that!” * A fun environment with corporate events, parties, and team building activities Can you? * Effectively communicate with clients and other departments regarding all project needs. * Use shop drawings to produce a 3D layout using AutoCAD * Complete 3D laser scans of buildings using Faro Scanner, and collect field measurements on required areas * Prepare estimates/tenders for Paneling Systems to meet deadlines   * Efficiently problem solve for changes and issues that arise during project execution and deliveries with support from the project manager. * Collaborate with the project team to ensure the vision of our projects is maintained. Do you have? * Technical Diploma (Architectural Technology, Civil Engineering Technology, Construction Engineering Technology) or Trade Certification or related industry experience   * Knowledge or experience with AutoCAD  * Exposure to the construction industry (an asset, not a requirement) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs * Knowledge or exposure to control system software
