The center emphasizes collaboration and communication, allowing therapists ample opportunity to interact with colleagues, participate in ongoing training, and share insights that enhance treatment approaches.

Key Responsibilities

  • Offer individualized short-term counseling sessions and crisis intervention to address an array of mental health issues, ensuring immediate support during critical moments.
  • Lead therapy groups and workshops, focusing on themes such as trauma recovery, coping strategies, and personal development, drawing on relevant therapeutic modalities.
  • Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team, including medical staff, social workers, and community organizations, to optimize patient care and ensure a holistic treatment approach.
  • Engage in community outreach initiatives, running mental health awareness campaigns, and facilitating wellness events that extend our services beyond the clinic.
  • Maintain precise, confidential, and up-to-date client records in accordance with ethical and legal standards, utilizing electronic health record systems.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our center caters to a diverse clientele including adolescents, adults, and families grappling with a variety of mental health challenges. From anxiety and depression to trauma and behavioral disorders, our counselors are equipped to provide support tailored to the unique cultural and personal backgrounds of our clients. We place a strong emphasis on building trust and rapport, ensuring that all clients feel respected and understood throughout their treatment journey.

Qualifications
  • Possession of an active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field; a Master’s or Doctoral degree is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated expertise in addressing mental health issues pertinent to our patient population, underscored by prior experience in clinical settings.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills to connect effectively with clients and interdisciplinary team members.
  • Thorough knowledge of evidence-based therapy models and best practices suitable for outpatient settings.
  • Ability to manage a varied caseload in a dynamic environment, demonstrating prioritization and organizational skills.
Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, applicants with experience integrating telehealth services into their counseling practice will find an advantage. Familiarity with group therapy facilitation, crisis management, and community outreach efforts will also align well with our organizational goals.

Compensation and Benefits
  • An attractive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, reflective of one’s expertise and professional background.
  • A comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, a retirement plan, and generous paid time-off policies to ensure your well-being.
