About the Role
Therma is seeking an experienced Fabrication Sourcing & Purchasing Specialist to support our fabrication, construction, and operations teams. This role is responsible for both sourcing support and day-to-day purchasing execution, with a strong focus on vendor management, RFQs, pricing, purchase orders, material tracking, delivery coordination, and issue resolution.
This person will play a key role in helping ensure Therma is aligned with reliable suppliers, competitive pricing, accurate purchasing, and timely material flow to support fabrication schedules and project execution.
