TheraCorp Behavioral Health is seeking a dependable, organized, and professional Medical Receptionist / Client Care Coordinator to join our Fairfield office.

As a Client Care Coordinator, you will be an essential part of our daily operations. You will be the first point of contact for clients, helping create a positive experience while supporting our clinicians and administrative team. This role requires someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in keeping things organized and running smoothly.

Qualifications
• Two years of administrative, front desk, medical office, or customer service experience preferred. Experience in a mental health or healthcare setting is a plus, but not required
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask, prioritize, and follow through.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure while managing responsibilities.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work the required schedule, including three evenings per week.
