Overview

The Fintown is looking for a passionate and experienced Head of Product to lead our product vision, strategy, and roadmap as we scale our financial platform. You will be a key member of our leadership team, working closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Customer Success to build innovative fintech solutions that simplify financial complexity for our users.

In this role, you’ll lead a growing product team in developing and executing our product vision across all stages of the product lifecycle. You’ll bring a strong understanding of fintech, user-centered design principles, and data-driven decision making to help us create exceptional financial experiences for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy, vision, and roadmap development for The Fintown platform
• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing product team
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align product strategy with business goals
• Partner with Engineering and Design to define, build, and ship innovative financial features
• Translate market research, user feedback, and data insights into product requirements
• Prioritize features and enhancements based on business impact and user value
• Define and track key product metrics and KPIs
• Stay current on fintech industry trends, competitive landscape, and user needs
• Represent the product team both internally and externally as needed

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Experience in fintech, financial services, or consumer finance products
• Track record of successfully shipping consumer-facing products
• Experience with product development in a rapid growth environment
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.)

Nice to Have

• MBA or advanced degree
• Experience with AI/ML-powered products
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance
• Experience with subscription and pricing models
• Technical background or experience working with complex technical products
