The Will Group is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Assembler to join our growing production team. In this hands-on role, you’ll help assemble electrical and electronic systems, prepare products for shipment, and contribute to a fast-paced manufacturing environment where quality and teamwork matter.

What You’ll Do

  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

  • Assemble electrical or electronic systems and support structures

  • Install wiring, subassemblies, and components using hand and power tools

  • Measure, cut, strip, and pin data cables to specification

  • Inspect products for quality and functionality

  • Build specialty wooden shipping crates to third-party specifications

  • Pack and prepare finished products for shipment

  • Rotate between workstations to support production flow

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace

  • Follow ISO 9001 quality standards and safety procedures

  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiency

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of assembly or manufacturing experience preferred

  • Ability to read blueprints or schematics preferred

  • Experience using hand tools, power tools, or soldering equipment a plus

  • Experience building wooden crates preferred

  • Strong attention to detail and reliability

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

  • Intermediate math and communication skills

  • High school diploma or GED preferred

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive motions throughout shifts

  • Lift and carry up to 40 pounds

  • Work in varying temperatures and sound levels

  • Frequent use of hands and tools for precision work

Good Faith Salary Range: The annual starting salary for this position is between $19 to $23 per hour. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
