We proudly serve Western Washington withseven locations (and growing!) delivering superior customer service and an exceptional car wash experience. With new locations on the horizon, The Wave offers real opportunities to Ride The Wave and build a long-term career.

This role is for our upcoming University Place location, opening in May 2026.
Selected team members will begin employment and training prior to opening, working at our Canyon location in Puyallup and Mountain Highway location in Spanaway to be fully prepared for launch.

What Youll Do

CUSTOMER SERVICE

Go the extra mile to create moments that wow our customers. Youll process wash requests, prep vehicles, and help turn everyday customers into Raving Fans.

SALES

Build strong knowledge of our products and services and confidently recommend the best options to meet customer needs.

CLEANING

Help maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the site, including the building, tunnel, and surrounding grounds.

SAFETY

Ensure a safe environment for all team members and an outstanding experience for every customer.

TEAMWORK

Work with an amazing team, rotate positions throughout the day, and follow Wave procedures, policies, and appearance standards.
