Ups Store Mentor

The UPS Store, Mentor is looking for a dependable, friendly and customer-focused individual to join our growing store and become part of our team.

In our Sales Associate position, you'll help customers with shipping, packaging, printing, mailbox services and other business solutions.

We will provide paid training and all the tools necessary for your success. No UPS Store experience necessary.

Part-Time Schedule

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Saturday: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
• One weekday off each week (typically Wednesday or Thursday)

What You'll Do

• Provide outstanding customer service
• Assist customers with shipping, packaging, printing and mailbox services
• Prepare packages for shipment and generate shipping labels
• Process transactions using our POS system
• Recommend products and services that best meet customer needs
• Operate printing, copying, scanning and fax equipment
• Maintain a clean, organized and professional store environment
• Support daily store operations and work as part of a team

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Dependable, organized, strong communication and people skills
• Customer service experience is preferred
• Shipping, retail, cashier, office, printing or hospitality experience is a plus
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift packages up to 50lbs
