About the Role:
The Therapy SP/OT in St. Paul, MN is looking for a passionate and dedicated Pediatric Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join the team! This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families by helping kids reach their fullest potential. Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled sensory integration, fine motor, and activities of daily living (ADL) intervention
• Collaborate with speech-language pathologists, educators, and families to deliver holistic care
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
• Educate and train parents and caregivers on home exercise programs and therapeutic strategies
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing professional development

Requirements:

• Current COTA licensure in the state of Minnesota
• Knowledge of sensory processing, neurodevelopmental treatment, and pediatric developmental milestones
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with children, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic about working with children of all abilities
