About The TNR Project The TNR Project is a grassroots nonprofit based in Monrovia, CA focused on humane trap‑neuter‑return, medical rescue, and adoption. We save injured, abandoned, and community cats throughout the San Gabriel Valley and rely on digital outreach to connect with adopters and donors.

About the Internship We are seeking a motivated student who wants hands‑on experience in Google Ads, Google Ad Grants, SEO, and digital marketing. This internship is ideal for students studying marketing, communications, business, digital media, or computer science who want real‑world nonprofit experience and portfolio‑ready work.

What You’ll Work On

Google Ads Optimization (keywords, negative keywords, ad copy, extensions)

Google Ad Grants management

SEO Improvements for TheTNRP------------

Metadata, titles, alt tags, internal linking

Keyword research for adoption + donation intent

Analytics review (GA4)

Website improvements (Squarespace)

Optional: social media content, Facebook/Instagram Ads
