Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Lead Finish Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both commercial and residential projects, the ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and blueprints, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage finish carpentry work on commercial and residential projects.

• Read and interpret architectural drawings and blueprints accurately.

• Measure, cut, assemble, and install various types of trim, moldings, casings, and custom woodwork.

• Ensure all work meets quality standards, building codes, and project timelines.

• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and contractors.

• Maintain a clean and organized job site.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of proven finish carpentry experience in both commercial and residential settings.

• Ability to read and understand architectural drawings and blueprints.

• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

• Must have own tools and reliable transportation.

• Knowledge of safe work practices and OSHA standards.

• High attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship.
