ParOne Clubhouse at Skyridge is the vibrant social and culinary hub of Skyridge Resort & Golf in Park City, Utah - a premier mountain-living community with world-class amenities. ParOne Clubhouse is part of The Stelle, a new luxury hotel scheduled to open in 2027, offering an exciting opportunity to help shape a distinctive new hospitality destination. Set against stunning mountain and lake views, ParOne welcomes golfers and non-golfers alike to enjoy elevated dining, drinks, and social connection. Featuring Jack's Public House, Par Provisions Marketplace, Par One Bunker and The Den, retail offerings, and flexible indoor and outdoor gathering spaces, the clubhouse is designed to deliver memorable experiences in a relaxed yet refined atmosphere. It embodies Skyridge's all-season lifestyle, blending great hospitality with a passion for outdoor recreation and community.
We currently have an opportunity for a well-rounded and seasoned Restaurant Manager to join our ParOne Clubhouse opening team.
Reporting to the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage - Clubhouse Operations, you will play a key leadership role in the pre-opening and ongoing operations of ParOne Clubhouse. We are seeking a hospitality professional who is passionate about developing and inspiring people, creating exceptional guest experiences, and helping build a premier food and beverage program from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to join a new concept at the beginning of its journey and play a key role in shaping the culture, standards, and operational excellence that will define ParOne Clubhouse.
Responsibilities
  • Support the successful opening, daily operation, and long-term growth of all food and beverage concepts within ParOne, including Jack's Public House, The Den, and The Hitting Bays.
  • Partner with the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage - Clubhouse Operations to establish service standards, operating procedures, and training programs that can be implemented across future food and beverage concepts within ParOne Clubhouse.
  • Lead, coach, and develop front-of-house team members through active, visible leadership and consistent feedback.
  • Foster a culture of hospitality, professionalism, accountability, and teamwork.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and ensure service standards are consistently executed.
  • Build relationships with members, guests, and the local community while proactively addressing concerns and creating memorable experiences.
  • Collaborate with culinary leadership to ensure seamless communication and execution between the dining room and kitchen.
  • Assist with recruiting, hiring, onboarding, scheduling, training, and performance management.
  • Conduct daily pre-shift meetings, menu education, and ongoing service development.
  • Support labor management, inventory control, purchasing, and financial performance objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.
  • Assist with planning and implementation of future food and beverage operations as additional Clubhouse concepts open.
  • Serve as Manager-on-Duty and assume leadership responsibilities in the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage - Clubhouse Operations' absence.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of three years of restaurant management experience; upscale or fine dining leadership experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience opening new restaurants or hospitality concepts is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong knowledge of food, wine, spirits, and elevated service standards.
  • Experience with scheduling, inventory management, purchasing, and operational reporting.
  • Current food handler and alcohol service certifications as required by state or local regulations.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work throughout all areas of the restaurant during service.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Salary Range: $75,000 - 85,00/yr.
