Small Busines Web

The Small Business Web (SBWeb) is the trade association for cloud-based software for small businesses. Nearly 200 of the most exciting cloud companies are working together to make the Open Web the best place to build, find and sell software for small businesses.
We've really grown! Now that we have sponsorshipos, we need someone to take the helm as our Manager to coordinate the ongoing efforts of the organization. With over 200 companies, we need someone to reach out to members, keep them involved, run our marketing/PR and razzle and dazzle with our several association events throughout the year.
We are looking for someone to:

• Organize amazing SBWeb events including annual summit, social events at SXSWi and other industry related events.
• Spread the word thorugh public relations, member education, conferences and networking activities.
• Be a grand Editor-in-Chief for collecting and publishing the members' messages.
• Work with the Board of Directors including organizing the Board meetings.
• Keep the members engaged online and offline.
• And take care of other business as it arises.

You can work from anywhere. This position is a part-time (half-time) virtual position. The organization is headquartered in Providence, RI though operationally run by Board members located throughout the United States and Canada.
