Roy Group Team Real Estate

The Roy Group is seeking a Real Estate Agent to join our growing team! You will work with our support team to handle all real estate activities and transactions on behalf of your clients.

This position requires a Kansas Real Estate license and is classified as an independent contractor.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect for business through calls, texts and emails to potential buyers & sellers - many company generated leads provided
• List and sell residential or commercial real estate
• Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers
• Host open houses and other events
• Prepare market analysis to help determine property value
• Educate clients on basic real estate procedures
• Verify and disclose property facts to clients

Qualifications:

• MUST HAVE OR BE PURSUING A KANSAS REAL ESTATE LICENSE
• Previous experience in sales or entrepreneurial pursuits is strongly encouraged
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
