Greet every visitor with a warm smile and assist them as they arrive for appointments.

Manage our main phone line, directing inquiries to the right team members with care and patience.

Maintain the neat, professional appearance of our reception area so clients feel comfortable the moment they walk through the door.

Organize incoming mail and handle outgoing correspondence to keep our office operations running smoothly.

Coordinate schedules and prepare meeting rooms for consultant appointments.

Provide light administrative support to ensure our team has the materials they need to serve our clients well.

Professional phone and email communication etiquette.

High school diploma or equivalent education.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office hardware.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client documentation.

Experience in an office setting or customer-facing role is beneficial.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
