Our company is currently seeking ​an ON-SITE AR Specialist to join our team! You will be responsible for managing AR follow-up, and revenue cycle activities. This role is best suited for professionals who can step into the position with minimal training and confidently manage assigned accounts. Entry-level candidates or those requiring extensive billing training may not be a fit for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
• Compute and record numerical data
• Check the accuracy of business transactions
• Perform data entry and administrative duties
• Perform follow up calls with insurance companies
• Working denials
• Presenting appeals
• Payment entries
• Charge entries

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
• Self-proficient and self-managed
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Strong organizational skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
