We are a marketing company that performs outsourced sales and marketing, including corporate promotions on behalf of our clients. What this means is, instead of our clients using their own internal marketing or sales force; they outsource to us and actually hire us to do it for them. They provide the different promotions and services and we are responsible for representing them in local markets.
Job Description
Retail - Customer Service - Sales - Management
We are looking for candidates with experience in the retail and customer service industries to fill a management training position. We are actively seeking candidates with retail experience due to their ability to work in a fast-paced environment and strong communication skills. The position is in a fun team environment within our retail partners locations. All of our management team got their start in a retail atmosphere.
This position involves responsibilities in:
  • Entry-level management
  • Heavy customer service
  • Face to face presentations

We cross-train all employees within leadership development which includes:
  • Interviewing
  • Training
  • Team building
  • Time Management

Qualifications
  • 1-3 years experience working in retail, sales, or customer service
  • Ability to work some weekends for events and promotions
  • Passion for communication
  • Should be a proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently. Need strong ability to set priorities, solve problems, and be resourceful under pressure.
  • Outgoing personality and able to interact with a variety of consumers
  • Comfortable in a fast paced environment and able to manage multiple projects and campaigns
