**Role Description**
This is a full-time, Digital Marketing Manager role working remotely from anywhere, U.S. preferred. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across paid, organic, email, and social channels.
Responsibilities include managing day-to-day campaign operations, creating and scheduling content, analyzing performance data, and supporting growth initiatives across the full funnel. The role will also involve running experiments, reporting on key metrics, and collaborating closely with the broader marketing and product teams to drive user acquisition and engagement.
**What You Will Do**
* Use AI tools to plan, create, and scale marketing output across every channel
* Build and maintain automated workflows that take manual, repetitive tasks off your plate
* Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across paid social, search, email, and organic channels
* Create, schedule, and manage content for social media and the company blog
* Support paid acquisition efforts on platforms like Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok
* Build and manage email and lifecycle marketing flows to drive activation and retention
* Track campaign performance, build reports, and surface insights that inform decisions
* Run A/B tests on landing pages, ad creative, and messaging to improve conversion
* Collaborate with content, design, and product teams in a fast-moving environment
**Qualifications**
* 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, growth, or a related role
* An AI-first mindset — you reach for AI tools by default to work faster, smarter, and at greater scale
* Hands-on experience using AI tools and building agents with ChatGPT, Claude, and Generative AI models for content creation, research, and campaign work
* Experience building automated marketing workflows and connecting tools to eliminate manual work
* Hands-on experience running campaigns across paid, organic, email, or social channels
* Strong analytical skills and comfort working with marketing data and metrics
* Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Ads Manager, and email platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Customer.io, or similar)
* Solid copywriting skills and an eye for clear, compelling messaging — with the ability to use AI to draft, iterate, and scale output
**Nice To Have**
* Experience with SEO and content marketing a plus
* Familiarity with B2B or B2C SaaS marketing a plus
* EdTech experience a plus
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, test-and-learn mindset
