About the Role:
Join The Personal Injury Pros as an Experienced Personal Injury Case Manager in Las Vegas, NV! This exciting opportunity allows you to leverage your skills in a dynamic environment where you can make a real difference in clients' lives. 

Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload of personal injury cases from intake to resolution.
  • Communicate effectively with clients in both English and Spanish.
  • Gather and organize case documentation and evidence.
  • Assist clients in understanding their rights and the legal process.
  • Coordinate with medical providers and insurance companies.
  • Prepare and file necessary legal documents in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records and case notes in our case management system.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout their case.
Requirements:
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal injury case management.
  • Strong understanding of personal injury law and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Positive demeanor and a passion for helping clients.
