The Architectural Job Captain plays a pivotal role in managing and coordinating architectural projects within a small team of 1-5 members. This position ensures technical accuracy and compliance while maintaining effective communication between clients and project teams, ultimately delivering high-quality construction documentation and facilitating smooth project progress.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities and communication within the team
• Prepare and review technical documentation and construction drawings
• Manage client communications and expectations
• Collaborate closely with team members to meet project goals
• Ensure quality control across all project deliverables
• Manage project schedules and allocate resources efficiently
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes and regulations
• Prepare submittals and documentation for approval processes

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in architectural project coordination

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
