Responsibilities

• Conduct aesthetic consultations and skin assessments
• Perform aesthetic treatments within scope of licensure
• Educate patients on skincare, treatment plans, and maintenance programs
• Recommend treatment packages and memberships
• Assist with Morpheus8 and other aesthetic services
• Support patient retention and follow-up initiatives
• Participate in social media content creation and patient engagement
• Maintain treatment rooms, supplies, and clinical standards
• Collaborate closely with providers and staff to deliver an exceptional patient experience

Qualifications

• Current New Jersey Aesthetician License
• Experience in medical aesthetics preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales experience or comfort discussing treatment recommendations preferred
• Social media experience is a plus
• Self-motivated with a growth mindset

Compensation

• Competitive hourly compensation
