Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled, passionate Barber or Cosmetologist, and a Receptionist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of customer service, be friendly, and have great customer urgency.
As a Barber/Cosmetologist, you will provide high-quality haircuts, shaves, and grooming services in a timely manner, while ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere for clients.
Responsibilities

• Perform haircuts, shaves, and grooming services with precision and care.
• Utilize straight or guarded razors for shaving and detailing as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools, workstations, and salon areas.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations.
• Upsell additional services or products to enhance client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Valid barbering/ cosmetology license.
• Proficiency in various cutting techniques and styles.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of sanitation and hygiene.
