What You'll Be Responsible For

• Connecting with individuals and families who have requested information about life insurance options
• Conduct virtual appointments by phone or Zoom
• Help families identify coverage that fits their needs and budget
• Maintain professional follow-up and client relationships
• Participate in training, coaching, and team development opportunities

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• U.S.-based applicants only
• Ability to pass a background check
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Active Life & Health Insurance License preferred
• If not currently licensed, willingness to obtain a license (training support available)

Compensation & Schedule

• 1099 Independent Contractor position
• 100% Commission-based compensation with performance incentives
• Flexible part-time or full-time schedule
• Work remotely from anywhere in the United States
• No income cap
